Veteran's Fellowship Groups

Veteran's Fellowship Groups meet weekly to discuss life experiences, veterans' topics and to have Bible study. We provide one another with hope, encouragement and comradery through Jesus Christ. Call for location updates during holidays or if you are coming for the first time and have not signed up to receive "text reminders".

Outreach for Veterans

Care Packages for Veteran's: Sunday, 12:30-1:30pm Dec 9th in the Refinery in Lake Forest. The link contains all the details. Military service is not required.


Deliver Care Packages to Veteran's at the VA Hospital: Saturday, 10:00-12:30pm Dec 15th at the VA Long Beach Hospital "spinal ward". Click on the link for further details. Military service is not required.

Donations for Care Packages

Donations are assembled into care packages for the 80 veterans receiving care at the VA Long Beach Medical Center's "spinal ward".

• Cards/notes of gratitude addressed "Dear Veteran". Most cards are home made with patriotic artwork or just simple handwritten notes of gratitude. It's a great project to do with your small group, children's groups or school classes, neighbors and family. The letters and cards are the most important and most needed items. 

• Men's socks Large (Available at Costco, Kirkland brand in 6- pack)

• Decks of cards and small games that fit into a gallon sized zip lock bag

• Christian books and booklets (used or new)

• Crossword and Puzzle books (Available at 99 cent store)

• Zip lock bags (2.5 gallon size) available at Target/Walmart

• American Flag Stickers, lapel pins and small patriotic items that fit in a large zip lock bag

• Magazines (new) - fishing, ESPN, Christian themed, Wired, etc.

• Other types of donations are welcomed but no candy, food or drinks.
