VET OUTREACH

Veterans Ministry volunteers served breakfast and gave good Christian-encouragement to 50 plus people! Thanks to the 20 plus Veterans Ministry volunteers that worked hard and helped out in so many ways. It would not have been possible without them.

God Bless the volunteers of the Breakfast Together ministry for their devotion to share the word of God every Sunday at this site and many other locations.  Thank you to the High School Band of Saddleback Church for their wonderful worship music and to the many other volunteers that helped make this possible.

David, a Breakfast Together leader, delivered a sermon about having God-confidence; being certain that God loves us and that we should all be humble. It was a teaching of Jesus which can be found in the book of Luke 18:9-14. "For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted."

Live worship was made possible by the High School Band. Thanks to them we had good music to fill our hearts and minds.

Volunteers cooked pancakes, bacon and eggs.

Veterans Ministry volunteers got to know some of the attendee's.

After the sermon, a hot breakfast was served to over 50 people.

The children did activities and learned a Bible lesson taught by a Childrens Ministry volunteer.

The volunteers at the prayer table and resource table were being put to good use. Job opportunities were shared, Celebrate Recovery was presented, and the Veterans Ministry was shared.

The Veterans Ministry will schedule its next outreach event soon.
